Sandy Paris finance has A LOT to do with RE. The ability to finance RE assets is one of the main reasons why investing in RE in so attractive. Taking the class will for sure be useful. Good luck with the class!

At work we use Accurint and TLO. A search is $1.00 and a report is about 5 bucks. A TLO report will give you tons of info about someone.

Jimmy,
Is this scenario possible? Use hard money to buy a discounted property, then do a non-cash out refi to pay off the hard money lender? If so, what type of LTV would you have to have? And would there be any waiting period to refi?
