Hi there, right now I have an out of state client coming in on Saturday and activities most of Sunday.  Let me touch base with you once my schedule firms up a little more?  Saturday would be the better day.  

Agree with Joe Chirdon - Harrisburg, New Cumberland, Lemoyne and Enola are affordable. Also, if searching for towns closer to you, I hear that Bethlehem, Allentown and Scranton are bouncing back after long declines but are still affordable.

I agree with the other posters! Use this forum, especially the calculators to analysis would be deals (just pick a few off of zillow just to practice).  Watch youtube, google and read, read, read.

I have a friend who just started using Cozy and likes it so far.  It's a platform that allows you to market, screen and collect rents if you are going the 'self-management' route.  I have a couple of rentals that I am marketing right now and its tough to find qualified tenants. There seems to be so many folks out there with bad credit, medical bankruptcies and a number of other issues preventing them from qualifying.  I'm getting lots of queries all day long and doing a decent amount of showings, so its definitely not from lack of interest. 

I would, Mary!  I am available anytime Sunday for coffee or lunch and Saturday late afternoon for a drink.  Maybe downtown or midtown somewhere?  

And don't overlook the greater Harrisburg area as well, the city and the older suburbs that surround it are great for rentals - towns such as Highspire, Steelton, New Cumberland and Enola, to name a few.
