Good Morning,

I don't have much time. I started off with a software that has 60% phone numbers for home owners. I could not afford to do a mailing campaign. I called between 80 to 100 people per day for at least 6- 12 months. I was able to get at least 1- 2 strong leads for every 100 cold calls. I developed tough skin and realized that every "NO" lead me closer to my "YES". I also had a sink or swim attitude. YOU CAN DO THIS!

PS. The most important part was PRAYING!

Can a wholesaler have a property auctioned that the wholesaler has under contract?

I had a long day. I want to thank James Wise for the warm welcome!

Thanks, Ned. I appreciate the feed back. I did all my deals in Baltimore. I would love to talk to you about the viability of the current Baltimore Real Estate Market. Regards, Marc T.

1. Business Cards

2. A seller credibility packet

3. A buyer credibility packet

4. A private money credibility packet

5. Core Websites

6. A memorable business name

7. A logo

8. Wholesale Contract Templates
