Where is the property located? 200k seems low for a 4 unit site. No builder is going to sign a contract that will allow the seller to back out. Once they get in control with you they start spending money on their feasibility study.I would recommend Nancy CaHill in NE Seattle.

I work in new construction townhouses and I don't know a single builder that builds this cheap for even themselves let alone you paying retail for it.
