Hello! I have been reading some of the real estate books from the Bigger Pockets. Plus, digesting a lot of the real estate podcasts and this year is the year. I am very new to the game, but my target is to do at least 5 deals this year. I don't know exactly the best place to start, any advice would be amazing. 

I do need some advice right away. 

I am not asking or offering deals. My cousin is getting ready to sell and willing to sell before rehab. Yet all he knows to do is to rehab it and get with a real estate agent. Please let me know the best approach to helping him out. Is it listing is property somewhere? Is it only through networking?
