I'm a Junior in college at the University of Michigan studying engineering. While engineering is my profession, real estate is my passion. I'm planning on spending this summer in Denver as well as moving there when I graduate. I hope to build a real estate portfolio in either (or both) of these two great cities and I would love to get started by working for an investor in the area. 

I'm great with numbers and I know how to assemble a balance sheet and other financials. I'm taking a real estate investment class where I'm getting experience with researching and evaluating properties. 

My primary area of interest is multi-family housing, but single family is a close second.
