I use Centier Bank in Indiana & it looks like there's one in Greenwood. I highly recommend them. In fact I just finalized a HELOC on my primary residence & will close on a duplex purchase next week - both via Centier Bank. They know my name in the 2 branches I mainly use in 2 separate towns & they understand my goals. I don't feel like just a number with them. Good luck!
