From my research so far:

All utilities - Water, sewage/septic and electric.

Zoning for the land.

Road - would there be any need to actually pay to have it extended (if it is vacant)

 Thank you for that

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone provide insights on the typical expenses involved in conducting due diligence for a land I've recently placed under contract? I'd like to understand the budget needed to assess the property thoroughly.

It depends. Is it on septic or sewer? Septic you will want to be able to confirm you can get it to perc. If its private water same thing want to confirm you can get water. If you need zoning help that will be a land use attorney as well. It could be zero to $10k depending on the complexity of the property.

 Thank you for that

Hi friends,

I am about to close a loan with MINO Lending Solutions.

Has anyone received funding from them and can give me some feedback on them?

They ask for upfront money something that I never done
