@Pat L. Thanks! I’ve seen this and had to help insureds with crazy inspection stories- including laying some concrete on a driveway they were going to replace!

I’ve also had to rewrite policies for people who got cancelled for something outside of their control (i.e. Vacant next door)

They should give you a chance to remove/replace a hazard rather than cancelling blindly. Did your broker speak to underwriter or just say “blame the inspector?”
