Thanks for the info @Shiloh Lundahl. That is an intriguing model. It sounds simpler and less risky than trying to wholesale or rehab homes, although I am sure it requires more experience and familiarity with the real estate industry. Maybe I will look into this once I get my feet wet a little more.

What are the best mentorship programs here in town? Particularly ones that will partner with you on a deal and not require a lot of upfront "education" costs?
