Thanks for all the advice!! I will dig in and check out the competition.  Also I love the STS I have heard that one before but will check it out again before I dig in.  I'll also probably do the monthly version and slip a fortune teller a $20.  :)

Air DNA is charging me $300 ( a whole year) just for the 1 analysis in the neighborhood that I want to look at to possibly purchase a property in.  I know this can make a big difference, but it seems really high!  Is there a more reasonable but equally (or close) product?  Any suggestions?
