Good morning my BP Family!

I'm pretty exhausted with trying to find a good realtor to work with and I've made the decision to get my Real Estate license in Florida.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a GREAT school or website to do the state required pre-licensing course?

Any help will be appreciated :-) God bless!!

P.S. I currently have a insurance license and took the 62 hours required course so I'm no stranger to the state required tests, courses, fingerprints, ect...

Hello! My wife and I are newbies and are getting started with Buy Rehab and Sell. We were wondering if anyone had any referral for a real estate attorney? Any advice on what to be cautious about when finding or dealing with a RE attorney would also be appreciated. Thanks! God bless!

Hi, Can I attend this event with my wife? She is a bit nervous about attending alone as she is brand new to real estate investing? Thanks. - Ben and Maria Ortiz

@John, they said that the points will be added to the loan. Not sure if any upfront fees are requested. I will ask

@ Tamatha, Thank you so much! I will get the book. Yes, I am a member of Tampa Bay REIA and attended my first meeting Monday. It was awesome and I'm excited about this venture. Hopefully you and I can meet one day. Thank you for taking time on helping a newbie like me :-)

My wife and I are newbies in this Real Estate investing and we are looking to rehab and sell properties. A HML is offering me 30% Down on a 150k Stated Loan with a possible 7 to12% interest loan. We currently have a low credit scores due to little to no credit history but have over 125k in cash reserves. We don't know if its a good deal or what questions to ask or what to look for. Can someone help us understand? We are very grateful for any advice. God bless!
