For what I want to accomplish: I want to hone and perfect my skills and business processes on smaller projects so that in the future, I can look into investing in larger commercial buildings or residential communities. I also want to build a stream of income for investing in additional property. Once I get the first or second deal done, I plan for those proceeds to be able to support investments on their own with as little additional cash from my active earnings as possible.

Hey everyone! Thank you for your responses and support. The friendliness of Denver has made me so glad I moved back West (from CA originally). In commercial RE I'm currently putting together market analysis reports for a comm. bldg. downtown on Market St, 25 acre site in Boulder, and a 200 acre site out past Brighton. Looking for a permanent location in a development office directly working in projects. Personally, I would love to jump in on the residential game (preferably small MF), but am taking things slowly as I begin learning the markets here.

Hey BP community!  I recently moved to Denver after finishing a Master's degree in RE Dev. at Tulane in New Orleans.  I am working on starting a career in commercial real estate, and am also searching for opportunities on the side in flipping, rehab, etc. for small multi-family.

Im focusing on networking right now and would love to hear from the Greater Denver community about what everyone is working on!

Best, Ben
