Hey BP community!  I recently moved to Denver after finishing a Master's degree in RE Dev. at Tulane in New Orleans.  I am working on starting a career in commercial real estate, and am also searching for opportunities on the side in flipping, rehab, etc. for small multi-family.  

Im focusing on networking right now and would love to hear from the Greater Denver community about what everyone is working on!

    @Ben Samuels welcome. Commercial real estate and residential real estate seem to be two different worlds here. There are huge networking opportunities in both worlds. I'm sure you will do great.
