Try your local Meetup Group and LinkedIn. Look for Real Estate, REI, etc.

I found local hard money lenders from my local Meetup group.

Just started in this exciting field and when I mention the state of Maryland, Baltimore comes to mind. Yes there are great deals in Baltimore but I live in Silver Springs, Maryland, one of the many suburban cities outside of Washington, DC.

Many deals can be found in Maryland, whether it's Baltimore or in my hometown of Silver Spring.
