I've had a couple of friends moving from Appfolio to Rentvine, seems like Rentvine is getting much more popular. Haven't made the jump yet!

It's a bit outdated, I think there are better solutions today. But definitely use an online portal, it's much more convenient especially as you get more tenants.

I've heard pretty bad things about 2nd Nat**e.
