Hi @Michael Hayes,

Have you checked out the options on Carrot's Marketplace page?

Hi @Nadir M.,

I think you are asking for clarification on the joint venture suggestion. Please let me know if this is not the case.

If you do a joint venture with another investor, the agreement can include anything you both agree on. As part of the agreement, you might be able to use the client's review after you and the other investor help them with their situation. I hope this makes sense.

Hi @Nadir M.,

You can start with some character reviews from people you have done business with in the past. They can talk about how it was to work you, how you are trustworthy, and do what you say you are going to do. Don't have them say they did an investment deal with you if they didn't. I hope this makes sense.

Have you thought about doing a joint venture with another investor? As part of the deal you might be able to negotiate a review.

Hi @Nadir M.,

I have a couple of recommendations regarding your website:

1- You might consider taking screenshots of your google reviews, adding those to your testimonials page, and linking back out to those reviews. They are all 5-stars which is great and should be highlighted.

2- Also consider adding 1 or 2 of these reviews to your other pages so your website visitors see testimonials throughout your website.

3- I recommend getting as many reviews as you can. When I do a search for "property management companies denver", the top 3 companies that come up in the google map pack have 703, 882, and 218 reviews.

4- Have you considered adding an intro video to your website? Having a youtube channel where you talk about your services, how you help people, customer testimonials, and answer common questions helps with seo. Youtube is owned by google and is the 2nd largest search engine. Maybe you already have a youtube channel? I didn't see one linked up on your website.

5- Do some competitive research on property management companies in your area that are coming up on the 1st page of google. What are they doing well? What are they missing? What can you do better?

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Antonio,

Websites are great to reinforce any of your marketing efforts. Adding credibility to your website is very important. If you post your website url, we can give you some feedback on your website.

Google business profiles are also important. They link to your website + give people a great place to leave google reviews.

@Patrick Lawless, I updated my last message in case you don't see the right-hand sidebar.

@Patrick Lawless, I got the exact words wrong. I'm sorry about that.

It should be: Dashboard > Content > Pages > [hover over the page you want to edit] > Edit

You can also go to the page you are on that you want to edit and click the Edit link in the orange bar at the top of the page when you are logged into your Carrot account:

Both of these ways to edit the page will get you to the Layout Settings > Hidden Areas section in the right-hand sidebar.

If you don't see the right-hand sidebar, look in the top right of the screen for this icon and click it:

I hope this helps. Please let me know if any of my directions are lacking.

Thanks for your help with this.

i have been unimpressed with Carrots customer service to date. A bunch of half baked canned answers. Disappointed with Carrot.

@Patrick Lawless, I'm sorry your experience hasn't been better. That's always disappointing to hear.

Another place for freelancers is Upwork.

Are you designing your site yourself? It looks really good.

I duplicated your homepage and added TEST at the end of the page name. I wanted to try a couple of things and didn't want to ruin what you already have. The new page is in draft mode, so it won't be indexed.

1- I hid the Sidebar so your page could be full-width here: Dashboard > Edit Page > Layout Settings > Hidden Areas > Sidebar [screenshot below]

2- I took the image you were having trouble lining up with the other images. I think I got it lined up now.

Please have a look when you get a chance and let me know what you think.

Thanks for your help with this.

Carrot has a template specifically for wholesaling. The content has been tested to do well for seo. You will need to personalize and localize the content for you and your business.

Please keep in mind that seo is a long game. You will also need off-page seo like social media + a google business profile.
