I’m seeking an Agent/Realtor in North Jersey Area who specializes in Rehabs, short sales and foreclosures. 

Looking to close on deal ASAP to BRRRR!

Here’s my criteria:

- SF Property in North Jersey - SHORT SALE/Foreclousure/ auction/ etc..

- Good school District (New Brunswick, Bergen County, Union, etc) within an hour or so of NYC

- All in should be 60-75% of ARV Value

- Cash Flow Positive (at least 1%)

I’m looking to enter a relationship with an investor friendly agent who can send me multiple deals to close on especially in the NEWARK area.
