Well it sound like I'm on the right track. I'm finishing up some finance audio books and I already have the first episode of the BP podcast downloaded and queued up.

Hi @Christine P.  I didn't know about that event. Where can I find these meetings? Where are they posted?

We're downtown downtown right now - Would love to find something in Skyland, Wash Park, Sloans Lake, Uptown, Cap Hill, Cherry Creek Park, etc. But who doesn't want to live in those places right? :)

Right now I'm still in the optimistic place where I'll find an investment in the exact area I want to live in. Although realistically I'm not sure how long I'd have to wait to find an opportunity like that.

I'm new here. I'm a software developer living in Denver Colorado and I want to start putting the money from my software into a house rather than renting. If things go well with my own house I hope to keep investing in real estate.
