Wow.

Within a couple days that the direct mail was sent out the calls started coming in and I got a slightly motivated seller haha.

All I got to say is there are some brutally honest callers out there. One guy I explained the process to told me "ok, now I'm a little less interested," I did thank him for his honesty though.

I'm excited! He gave me feedback on things I can work on and it'll only get better

I haven't done my first deal yet but,

I would say as far as Ethical, as long as the seller and buyer knows, understands, and agrees to the process/intentions everything is okay.

I'm not giving legal advice at all, just saying if as a wholesaler you say YOUR specifically buying their house(You would be assigning..etc.) you'll be leading them the wrong way and that would be unethical.

You may have figured this out already, about 3 years later, haha.

Although,

The way I see it is if I see there is actually 'estate on the estate' is to look for the terms 'Real property amount' and 'Unimproved real property amount.' (I believe these are the correct terms) If there are $0's in both then there is no real estate and it is probraly a will for cars,money, etc. The people in a probate office may be able to clarify this info.

Hey! my names Brandin I'm 19  and I'm currently in Rochester, NY. 

My experience in Real Estate is low/none but I would say my knowledge has increased since I stated a couple weeks ago.

Through Sean Terry's e-book I decided to choose the wholesaling route. 

My goal is to accumulate $100,000 by January 1st, 2016.

Hi,

I am very new in Wholesaling, Real Estate at that haha, although I am very serious about this and this is my only focus.

Just wanted to know.

When your marketing and sellers start to call besides possibly setting an appointment what questions do you ask about the house?
