From what your saying it sounds like Pre-Foreclosures are giving you a hard time which is probably because the owner is already REALLY upset about their homes being foreclosed.

What I would do is look at FSBO that is where I'm having the most luck besides Probates and Absentee Owners.

Good Luck I can see your trying to make it happen.

Hi Diego,

The easiest way I could think of to do it right now is go to Zillow.com, enter your search and then around the top middle there's a button called 'Listing Type.' That'll give you the option to only see the foreclosure, and if you need more info on the house you could just search public records.

I've met some and they usually hear about it from investors and start working with them.

Like Karen said I think it's okay if everyone is clear on what's going on.

My best advice would be to either search on YouTube and/or google it, there's a lot of info. about it on there.

Good Luck.

If you find a mentor please share your story, and good luck man.

I found this out on BP somewhere Sooo, just to make it easier to find I'll put it here.

Instead of paying money I don't have for an attorney I just use LegalShield.com. When I was starting out i wanted to have my contracts checked and other random questions.

So this might help you out too.
