@Carl E. thanks for the tip. I'll start today. Is your park in Indiana? I'm looking at a park in northwest Indiana and would love to pick your brain about the market a bit.

I've been doing a lot of reading and learning on the site about mobile home park investing and ownership over the last couple months and am now looking forward to getting into my first park. I'm 40 years old and looking to start actively investing in RE. I have a little money ready to invest but I'm looking for the right opportunity. My ultimate goal is recurring passive income. Looking forward to interacting with the community!
