Hi @Barbara Goodman. Thank you very much. Interesting is an understatement about my change in career paths. After some soul searching and realizing what my strengths were and the things that truly made me happy only one thing stuck out to me. The sheer joy and gratification I feel when I am able to help someone in anyway. So Nursing was a no-brainer for me when I decided to reevaluate my path in life. The difference in the type of degree that your grandson will attain versus the one I will have aft we completing my program is job security in the future. Because most Healthcare facilities will if not do require a 4yr degree which is why my educational journey is only beginning with the completion of my program.

As for the duplex, did you mean Meriden Rd? Because that is the only one that comes to mind. If it is Meridan street I will have to look into that for you and get back to you real soon.

Hi my name is Evaristo Urbaez but everyone calls me "Ev". I am a proud father of 2 and I am engaged to a magnificent woman. I currently work for Firestone Building Products 2nd shift approx 50 to 60 hrs/week. I also have been attending my local community college for the past couple of years completing my prerequisites in order to be accepted into an RN program. Which by the way, I will be attending in 8/2016.

I just recently enrolled myself into a RE school to acquire my real estate license before starting back up in the fall. After taking a small glimpse into what keeps me from sleeping no more than 4 hrs any day of the week should in itself paint enough of a picture as to my determination and drive toward success.

I, like the majority of the folks here on BP, was introduced to and became infatuated with REI after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki over 10 years ago and unfortunately allowed fear of the unknown to paralyze me from pulling the trigger. The flame was just recently reignited and I'm fighting the urge to over analyze everything daily and I have to say that BP has played an incredible role in my action thus far and for that my future success will be forever indebted to both Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner and the countless other seasoned investors imparting all their experiences with us.

My REI goals are to focus initially on building my wholesaling business and build an incredible marketing system that allows me to do 1 to 2 deals a month until I can save and reinvest enough capital to be able to turn my strategies to fix and flips and ultimately build an incredible RE portfolio that brings in enough cash flow every month that will replace my income for my full time job so that I could focus that 240hrs/month on my REI business and to continue in my pursuit in attaining my Doctorate in Nursing.

I'm terribly sorry for making this post so long-winded but I wanted to give everyone and anyone who may be interested in networking with me a decent picture. I look forward to interacting and networking with as many like minded individuals and wish you all the greatest amount of success and happiness in all of your personal lives and businesses.
