That's GREAT!  Thanks for sharing!

First of all, I am in Washington State.  Is there a state specific OFFER that is required or will a general "Letter of Intent" be sufficient prior to drafting the "Purchase Agreement"?  I understand that the sale contract is state specific, but what about on the offer end?

This is a little bit ahead of my training program, but the opportunity is pretty solid and the numbers work out very well, so I want to jump in.

Any insight will be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks for the welcome, Jennifer!  I appreciate it!

As I said, I am just getting rolling, so I am looking at paper flips, and house flips to get started.  I will be looking at buy/hold rentals soon, though.

You are RIGHT!  There is a TON of information on BiggerPockets!  A LOT to absorb for sure!

Hello, all!

I am a new member. located in scenic Okanogan, WA.  A bit removed from metropolitan areas.  Looking for advice on "long distance" investments, as the "local" market around here is inclusive of about a 300 mile radius in order to find inventory and deals...

Any thoughts or guidance?

Thanks in advance, and I look forward to learning from you wise experienced investors!
