ok. So is a S-corp a food way to go.. i was told that when i make a.sale and that money is taxed like capital gains. So whats a good way to go ? Thank you.

Where do you go in your county to apply for a LLC.?

A LLC has so many tax advantages for your business. So why doesn't everyone? Even as a wholesaler you need advantages.

what is the difference between flipping and wholesaling??

should a wholesaler have a LLC. and are autions a good place to find motivated sellers?
