@Nicholas Aiola , Thank you in advance for answering my question. I just closed on a 4-plex personally and I am about to transfer title to my LLC. The security deposits from the seller were credited at closing. Can I use funds from my business account to escrow the security deposits or do the funds have to come from my personal account since they were credited to me personally? If I can use the business account, how would I account for that in my books?

Good afternoon Bigger Pockets! My name is Bill Ribolzi, I am a new investor from Crest Hill, IL. Wow am I ever glad I stumbled onto the podcast and this website. The amount of information is staggering. It has been a few short months of finding you guys and I have had my foot on the gas moving forward. I have been reading, listening, and researching like a madman. I have secured my HELOC, been prequalified, and have been crunching numbers on deals everyday. I plan on purchasing my first property in the next month or sooner. I am looking in the far west Chicago suburbs and beyond. Where ever the deal may be.

I am 43 years old and I am currently working 60+ hours a week as a plant manager in a factory. I have been there for 22 years and plan on making enough cash flow in the next 5-10 years to retire early. 

I am looking forward to connecting with like minded people in the area so we can all succeed in our goals of independence through cash flowing properties.
