Welcome from a fellow Napolian. Naples is crazy right now. Seeing a slight slow down in the 400-600 market. My PML has a few guys that can't sell off their flips in that range. It's a great new world and lots doing. PM me and we'll hookup for lunch. Congrats on the new life Billy

Cam, start by contacting the County or City engineering dept. For the county id get with Stan Chrzanowski , I've worked with him before and he's a great resource and a good guy. He's the County Engineering Review Manager. For the City I'd call Greg Strackalose, he's the City's Engineering Review Manager, I've worked with him as well. You can get their info off the respective govt website. Cam, I've built a couple golf courses in Naples so if you need some enviro help let me know.

My name is Billy Davidson and I'm in SW Fla.  I've spent the last 20 years managing high end golf courses and have worked for someone else my entire life.  I have a fabulous job, but I've felt for the last few years that I needed something new to challenge me.  My wife and I are completely new to this arena, but are super excited to get going. Looking forward to exploring this website and soaking in as much knowledge as I can.
