I have just seen that there is auctions in my area, going  bids starting anywhere from $10,000 to $25,000! 

I see opportunities/potential here if I have a serious investor that wants to partner up and split the profits and has experience with auctions

There is a member on here Mr. Leo Kingston from OKC that is wanting to start a crew. I sent him a invite to connect, let's see if he is interested in showing us the ropes, and giving us some advice and helping us get started.

I believe there are some fourplexes in the Bricktown area, in that location is some prime real estate!
