Welcome to bp. looking for a local investor. trying to get into flipping homes full time. let me know if you would like to maybe help with some ideas to find funding to help this business take off.

Hey this BJ Singletary and I'm currently in the construction business and me and a partner is looking to find a investor in the Knoxville area . We are getting into flipping homes full time but the bank is a problem right now. so we decided to look for a lender to invest in our business. would you be willing to hear our ideas and maybe get good advice or suggestions on how we may be able find out if anyone would give us a chance. we are very motivated people and looking for knowledge on things. thanks for your time BJ

Thank you Mike for the kind words. It's not easy to do this but I'm definitely going to make it happen.

Not just yet. We been getting all other things needed to get things going for the business. I'm trying to build a company from the ground up. Things are tight right now but I'm working on that step now.  It's a little bit harder to do things on limited funds but I will make it happen made it this far. Working all angles for now.

That would be great to have some recommendations of people to lend.

The thing is my partner got a state license and LLC. Trying to come at them as a business not as personal investment. We aren't trying to come at this as a part time gig. We are motivated to work and eventually have multiple projects once we get a few under the belt.

We have wrote off the bank and want to find a hard lender. I figured that we would have this problem but was hopeful that we wouldn't.
