Does anyone know the repercussions of purchasing a property in Ohio, with an Arizona LLC?

I would purchase the property with my AZ LLC, then refinance after six months in my name, releasing title out of the LLC.

I know, I've also been told to just an Ohio LLC, but is that really necessary?

I too am a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic in Phoenix, AZ. I've been in the fire service now for 11 years full-time, 17 total, counting volunteer time. I am also a Real Estate Investor in the Columbus/Cincinnati markets of Ohio. Single family and multi. I love me some multi of course. I went ahead and formed my LLC here in AZ. I guess I need to see if I need to register my LLC in Ohio, since that where I'm planning on most of my investing.

Can someone please help me decide where to file my LLC, I'm a bit unsure the advantages and disadvantages. I live in Arizona, but I invest in Real Estate in Ohio. Which state? and does it really matter all that much?
