Post: Recommended FHA Lender for 4 Plex

I am about to sell my FHA financed property and will then be able to purchase another FHA property since I am only allowed one FHA loan per person. My question would be who do you recommend for FHA loans that will do 4 plexes as well? I called Quicken and they only do SFH's and duplexes, but I want to keep my options open. I did Roundpoint before and had a great experience but apparently all they do now is service loans. Would prefer an online lender because they seem to keep rates down because of less overhead but I am open to all options. I live in Portland, OR.

Thanks for all the messages definitley going to look into all of these options.  I'll message each of you to gather more information.  Thanks!

All,

My fiance is taking her real estate test today to become a broker to work all of our upcoming multifamily deals we have coming up as well as some friend's deals.  We are in the Portland area and are curious if anyone recommends a company or principal broker to work under?  Things that we are looking for is a low fee structure that is based on how many deals are done, and not a monthly fee or just a quality person that someone has had experience with.  If you aren't in the Portland area, feel free to recommend a firm that is national that you have had a good experience with!

Thanks!

Blake

One bit of information to add is that it is not in our advantage to put me on the title of her duplex because we want to keep buying FHA homes by ourselves so we can aquire more for hardly any money down.

So I bought a duplex 2 years ago and owner occupied it up until last August. Now my fiance has purchased an FHA duplex and we live in it. Recently, Nationwide told me that they will discontinue my policy unless I pick up a renter's policy through them. Does anyone know of an insurance company that would provide insurance in this situation? Also, any recommendations about landlord insurance are greatly appreciated such as limits and such. Note that my tenants at my duplex both have renter's insurance. So basically looking for a company that will only do a landlord policy. I plan to call around tonight, but wondered if anyone had any experience with this. Thanks a bunch!
