I am new to San Diego and new to real estate.  I am curious as to which neighborhoods seem to be the most popular right now for flipping houses.  Looking for a starting point as to where to find fixers and why for value add residential properties so I can start to understand the SD real estate landscape.  Would love any feedback.

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this group and just wanted to say a little bit about myself. I work for a brokerage that sources distressed real estate to Investors. We cash close on 10-15 properties a month so you will buying them directly from us. 60% of our deals are off market and our inventory is 100% private. 

I would love to connect with more people and learn how I can better serve the industry and ultimately improve the neighborhoods we live in.
