This will be my first house purchase, so I don't know what type of plan I should have. Anyone in Texas want to mentor me? My realtor and her boss are telling me not to make a blind offer.

I need a mentor right now.

I've requested 5 showings and 3 have been canceled due to the tenant not responding. Today is day 4 and I don't think the tenant is going to respond either. So should I talk to the property manager company and say that if my blind offer is accepted, they have to notify the tenant that I have the right to go in even of they're not home or don't want to show the house?

Are there any Texas Real estate lawyers on here?

@Kevin, I honestly don't know how to go about this. I don't know if the pictures are new because the tenants have been living there since 2019 and the home could be destroyed. They listing agent said they won't accept less than 95% of what they're asking. But the tricky part is getting into the home and seeing it, then working with the tenants again to approve a time for an inspector to go in and do his job. My realtor doesn't think it's a good deal, but I see it as an opportunity.

@Bill B. I thought liens transferred to the new property owner?

Hello, so I'm interested in a house and have requested a showing, but the listing agent said that the tenant has denied every showing request. The listing agent also thinks there are liens on the house but isn't sure. The house is managed by someone and don't know much. I want to go see the house but I'm not sure the tenant will accept any requests. Any suggestions about anything?

Does Anyone know of an honest and fair priced contractor for foundation work and siding for a single family home? The house is located in Fort Worth.

I am looking at a house to buy and house hack it, but the home im interested in is not complete which is not a problem for me. Whoever bought the house is not going to complete the remodel. They're selling as is. What advice do y'all have for this? Will a conventional loan work? The house is located in DFW.

Thank y'all in advance for the advance.
