I would like to learn to analyze wholesale deals to get the

property or properties under contract. I need to learn to estimate the

ARV (After Repair Value), rehab and repair values.

I and a partner came across a property that we would like to get but the wholesaler who has it under contract is asking for proof of funds letter. I recently just upgraded to Pro on Bigger Pockets, I am currently doing some property scouting and want to do some wholesaling myself and would like to buy and flip. I am located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
