@Benjamin Manibog, The choice is yours some people pay for mentorship programmes to shorten the learning curve. What you put in is what you're going to get out of it. A lot of people buy the programs and don't do anything saying it's a scam. There some people who do take action and get returns on there Investment.

@Michael Ealy I just read your story which is very great to be on top and go through bk and hard times to over come those hurdles. You didn't give up and it definitely was not a microwave results. Congrats on your accomplishments.

Greetings BiggerPockets,

I got an email on April 18, 2015 that it's been awhile since I logged

in my account with BiggerPockets. I am taking it day by learning

this Real Estate investing business of what I learn and continue to

learn from information that I get off of BiggerPockets. I have been making

quite a bit of effort and will be meeting with some this Saturday on place

that I recently submitted an offer on.
