Hey guys, I am considering purchasing an office building in Roselle Illinois.
I am from Toronto so I am not to knowledgeable about what that area is like.
It would mean the world to me if somebody from Illinois can maybe give me insight into what this city is like and if it is worthwhile investing there.
I hope to hear back from someone!
Okay I will do that thanks for both of your inputs
I am a second year university student located in Toronto who has a passion for real estate. Right now I am working for my friends dads business and after a conversation with him he told me he is interested in purchasing commercial real estate across the border in Ohio due to cheaper prices and has around $500,000 - $5,000,000 to spend.
He wants me to find him a good deal and I was just wondering what is the best way to do this, should I be contacting agents in the area, etc.
Any form of help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am new to Real Estate and am looking to start investing in Cleveland due to the proximity of where I am located (Toronto) and the affordable pricing.
I am 19 years old and have capital of around 50-60 thousand that I am willing to spend.
My questions that would be greatly appreciated if answered is "what are some areas that I should maybe avoid, what areas are hot right now, and should I be looking to maybe invest in other cities such as Columbus or Cincinnati?"
Also if you have experience in real estate in the state of Ohio I would love it if you can maybe give me some tips and valuable information about this city (Im not expecting this but it worth a shot :) )
