Hello there!

I am a new investor to the Sacramento Market, and am looking to network,

I have sold real estate for 7 years as a realtor, and currently maintain my license.

I am mostly looking for residential fixers and apartment complexes.

Wholesaling is my main focus, so anyone with cash to spend, i have several deals in play.

All in all, i'm just looking to network and get to know other players in the game.
