Post: Need some LLC and Corp help

Indiana investor here. I ended up doing pretty much the same thing. S-Corp for buying and selling properties in the short-term, LLC for owning rental property. Both are Indiana entities. The S-Corp I have to handle in my taxes via a K-1. The LLC is disregarded as I am the only member when it comes to my taxes so my rental incomes/losses are just reported via Schedule E.

I forget all of the reasons why but when I looked into this initially 3 years ago the best strategy was S-Corp for shortterm, LLC for holds.
