Hey guys, I'm a newbie from Louisville as well. Looking at my first rental property investment tomorrow over in Bardstown Rd/Bashford Manor area, a 4-plex. Anyone have any experience in this area?
I'm also highly interested in Germantown, Highlands, and St. Matthews. Everything I've seen so far in these areas is way overvalued, however.
By the way, do you all get involved in any REI meetups in the area? I would love to meet face-to-face and network.
