@Robbie Reutzel that is great advice.  I'd like to do my own marketing eventually, but I agree that a wholesaler might get the process started more quickly and keep my current momentum flowing.  I just sent you a note, so maybe we can connect further.

@Account Closed, I'll shoot you a note.

Mike - Yes, it definitely is.  I would actually prefer to buy a 2 or 3 family around Boston and live in one of the units, but prices feel run up here.  My girlfriend is from York Harbor and her father is active in real estate up there, so I figure I'll at least have a trusted friend who knows the market.  In addition to the five new friends that I just made over the last twenty minutes on BP!  Very nice to meet you, Mike.

David - Thank you for the kind welcome.  I, like you, am nervous about finding a deal in Southern Maine.  Since I am just looking for one or two properties to get my feet wet, I'm hoping that lightening will strike and let me enter the market.  Best of luck in KC and let me know if you think I could be helpful in Mass or Maine.

Hello! I am a new investor looking for opportunities in Massachusetts and Southern Maine. I am fortunate to have a great job in Finance in Boston, so I am looking for buy-and-hold situations that will attract relatively low maintenance tenants.

I have listened to half of the podcasts and have been reading everything that I can get my hands on. Can't wait to get more involved with all of you amazing people!

Best regards,

Bobby Gorman
