Thank you for the response. I am willing to do the work required for turnovers, I'm more hands on with my properties so I think because the numbers seem to make more sense I'm going to go this route. If their is any further advice I always appreciate it. Thank you again.

Just fully rehabbed a small studio unit in my 3 family house in Providence, RI. My friend who lives across the street has been successfully using Air BNB and I'm wondering if I should give it a shot or sick to traditional renters. Would love to hear people's opinions and experiences with similar unit.
