Hiring a Virtual Assistant is one option to look into. Building buyers lists, generating leads, working the phones, running comps, and marketing, it all can be done using a virtual assistant. This is a great way to spend more time analyzing deals and talking to buyers and sellers. @Adam Sheren Hey Adam, have you considered hiring someone to handle this for you like a Virtual Assistant? Having a person rather than a software system analyze deals for you at all time and provide this information to you is much more efficient and time effective, allowing you to focus on more important tasks. I know various investors who have implemented this info their systems and experienced huge success.

Has anyone looked into having a Virtual Assistant run their bookkeeping though Quickbooks? I have found this to be extremely effective and successful for saving me time and allowing me to focus more on my deals rather than the boring backend work. Not to mention having the Virtual Assistant handle all of my social media marketing and phone work.

@Adam M. What kinds of tasks are you looking to have a VA do for you in reference to PM? There are several strategies you could use to scale your business and get to that 50-80 door amount in less time than it would normally take by using a VA. If this is something you are interested in, I would be open to discussing wth you systems and processes you can put in place to get started.

They are trained on all our systems and processes prior to beginning working for you as well as calling on various call points. If you are looking to outsource this is one place you can look into.
