I have a general question for anyone. This is a joint venture with my wife & I. Should she also register or can we use one account! Also what are the votes for?

Tomorrow we attend our first meeting of the local REIA What should we be looking to do ? Any specific things or people we should be looking for? Any help in this area will be greatly appreciated.

we have a few properties that we have seen that we are trying to track down. Always the money issue. Both Suzi & I are recovering from some personal setbacks which makes funding a challenge. Open for ideas

Been doing a lot of reading here. You are right LOTS of great info here. Sifting through it to find our initial direction. We were thinking wholesaling to get some cash flow going. Lots of opinions against it. Your input would be appreciated.

Thanks for the links! Will get the book read tonight. We do need some direction After sifting through a lot of stuff I found that the money should be lined up first If you don't the chance of losing the deal is much greater. I believe I need a title company to work with and a real estate attorney to fine tune the paperwork. Suzi is listening to the wholesaling webinar right now. Our plan is to find a wholesale deal to generate some cash working into a couple of flips (pay out is a bit better and then on to some holding properties for income. Please correct me if I am wrong in any of these areas.

Hello Everyone! My wife Suzi & I, Bob Mireau are new to BP and the investor portion of real estate. We have experience in the construction end as well with the paperwork end. I am currently a remodeling contractor/ handyman ( doing what it takes to finish the job and end with a happy satisfied customer) Suzi handles the office and I do the work with the occasional assistant. We are looking to find income property, do some wholesaling and maybe a couple of flips or more annually. We have sent monies to the You can't lose people but just never get our questions answered. Looking for any help we can get! We are willing to do what it takes to be the SUCCESSFUL investor.
