Craig, could you send me info as well? I probably wont be able to move until the first of the year, but we are moving back to that area as soon as we sell our current fixer upper in upstate NY. By the way our place will sell for about 70K and needs work. I have no interest in stepping on David's toes!!! First come first served and all that .....  ethics!!

Hi, I'm new to BP, and what a find!!! My wife and I are moving back to Tulsa, OK around the first of the year and will be plunging into the investment business there. We are both considering getting our real estate licenses mostly because neither of us are particularly thrilled with our current jobs, and feel that we might as well be totally immersed in the business on both ends. We will be using the equity from the sale of our current home to buy into our first investment properties, possibly a four or more plex and move into one of the apartments.

@Matt Crawford Hey Matt, thanks for the inspiration my brother( in Christ) I just discovered the BP folks and am truly inspired to make my first REI MOVES. Moving from New York State back to Tulsa ASAP for personal reasons, really excited to drive into this new reality for my wife and I!!!
@Steve Sun Although I’m a new guy, my sense is that you should stay closer to home!! How can you be involved from a distance and monitor your investment??
