@Hobart King  Hi 1st off, rent is much to low, 50k prop only 600? Also it appears you are insuring for replacement value , we never do. ONLY the amount of the investment. We pay about 750 a year for about 65k property, You are not going to rebuild are you if total loss ? You seem to be over insured
