Just read this entire 'tale' and it's amazing anything (e.g. construction) happens in ATL at all! (maybe the bureaucracy gives some insight as to why the Braves are moving out to the 'burbs... just saying...). John, I am unsure who you were responding to but to clarify, I am a closing attorney and I handled the actual transaction. The buyer was out of CA and the seller was out of FL. FL person used iFlip money and it seemed to go smoothly from what I dealt with.

For what it's worth, I handled a closing where the investor used iFlip funds. I have no idea how they got hooked up with them, but the transaction seemed to go without any issues--the other law firm (A to B) received the money as planned; I was able to wire the B to C funds after the fact and everyone seemed happy. Again, I have no idea about how B and C got hooked up or how the 'system' worked for them--all I can say is that I received a contract and closed it without any drama. File that under 'my 2 cents'
