I live in Southern California and I want to start investing in real estate I am not a handy man Soo I wanna focus on the buy and hold strategy How much $$ will I need to get started also recommend what type of real estate I look for ? Duplex ? Condo ? Single family home California prices are very expensive I am open to look out of state as well need some guidance.
