Thank you everyone for the replies! Joel Owens I am looking at starting with a 2-4 family multi-home because I hear they are easier to finance. However, I would love to some day move into larger multi-homes. Brandon Turner I have really enjoyed the podcasts you and Joshua Dorkin have created (great content and you guys are funny). I have listened to almost all of them within the past week! I defiantly forsee myself imitating your style of investing Brandon. I will be sure to check out your new youtube video when it comes out.

@Karen Rittenhouse I am glad to hear from another North Carolinian. It was great hearing your story on the podcast you did with the guys. I will be sure to read the article you posted.

Thanks again everybody.

Hey James,

I am just starting out as well and I live in Winterville. Maybe we will do business together down the road. I am not 100% set on my REI strategy yet, but I am leaning towards buying and holding multi-family homes. I currently have a full time job as a Marriage and Family Therapist with a company in Greenville. When I am able, I would like to move out of this career and into investing in real estate full time, but I expect this to take a few years.

Good to see a local on here.

Hey Guys,

I am a new member and I live in Winterville, NC. I am new to real estate, and when I say new, I mean I have only purchased the home I live in. However, I plan to change this very soon. I hope to purchase a multi-family home by November.

If there are other members in the Greenville area I would love to be one of your connections on this site.
