So I just turned 18 in December. I have no line of credit, No experience, and I’m not even out of highschool. I love real estate and want to learn all that I can. I’ve analyzed deals in my home town and out of my home town and feel that I’m about ready to buy my first property and try house hacking. Are there any actionable steps that I can take to prepare myself for what I’m about to do. Or should I just keep doing my homework on properties and wait.

@Aaron Flake

Not yet but I’m hoping to have at least one primary and a rental by the end of the year if I can find financing

My name is Bradey and I was wondering what some of the best tips people have learned that they wish they would’ve known starting out. I’m hoping to buy my first rental property this year and eventually start a business out of renting real estate.
