I never really considered buying undervalued property as anything other than business.
I thought I had helped the community by buying the houses criminals were using for their illicit business. I thought I had helped when I saw kids playing outside again

Yep, it’s just apart of the game.
It sucks to just loose the cost of an inspection but long term it’s a great investment.

I use these as a blueprint to my action
If the contractor found additional problems, then it’s not his fault

I send every possible tenant the same response. All applicants will apply and pay for a background report through www.mysmartmove.com which includes a criminal, credit, and rental history.
If they know they have bad credit, they don’t wast my time or their $40
